Insurance & Payment
We file claims and accept payment from almost all traditional and PPO dental benefit plans both as in-network and out of network providers. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your specific policy and is not the same for all policies with the same insurance company. Understanding the details of each insurance plan can be confusing, so our experienced insurance coordinators will communicate with your insurance company to help determine how we can help maximize your benefits.
We participate as in-network providers with most plans from the following insurance companies. We may also be providers for companies that do not appear on this list, so please call if you do not see your insurance carrier.

An estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company will be provided at the time of your treatment, based on the information they provide to us. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount that will be paid. We will file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. This does not, however, transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to the insurance company. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate, then you will be billed the difference or issued a credit on the account in the event of an overpayment. Our affordable Dental Savings Club provides access to quality dental care at an affordable and predictable price. This plan is open to all patients, regardless of insurance coverage, and can be used instead of or in addition to your dental insurance for even greater savings!
