Each year, the readers of Gwinnett Magazine vote for their favorite businesses in a number of categories. The result is Gwinnett Magazine's "Best of Gwinnett" awards -- a list of the best places to chill, work and play. Thousands of voters logged online to share their thoughts and, for the sixth year in a row, Suwanee Family Dentistry made the list for Best Dental Practice!

Atlanta Magazine - Top Dentists
Dr. Heil and Dr. Starnes have both been named to Atlanta Magazine's list of Top Dentists every year since the award began in 2009. This is another award we are very proud of becuase we were nominated and voted for by our professional dental peers. If anyone would know quality dentistry, it is another dentist, right?
Dr. Heil became a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in July 2008. The FAGD is awarded to dentists who have been members of the Academy of General Dentistry for at least five consecutive years, have earned a minimum of 500 approved continuing dental education credits, and have passed a comprehensive written examination. In 2008, Dr. Heil began a 5 year program that will lead to her being awarded Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2013. The Mastership program requires peer-reviewed case presentations in all areas of dentistry and is the first step towards becoming board certified.
