Our Front Office Team

Tiffani is our appointment coordinator and is likely the first face you will see when you arrive. She moved to the Atlanta area from South Florida in 2006. She is married with two children. In her free time she enjoys entertaining friends and family as well as boating on Lake Lanier.

Cindy has over 25 years experience in dentisty ranging from assisting to the front office. She has been a treatment coordinator and front office manager here at Suwanee Family Dentistry since 2003. She is a proud Army wife and mother of two college age daughters. She enjoys giving back by volunteering at the Good Samaritan Dental Clinic in Atlanta. On Saturdays, she is the lead instructor at Gwinnett Dental Career Academy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, Zumba, and playing with her Yorkie, Phoebe.

Emily is our hygiene coordinator and has been with the practice since 2006. She is married and has two young children, a daughter and a son. Away from work she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two dogs, and watching UGA football.

Jennifer was raised in Loganville, GA. She has been Dr. Starnes treatment coordinator since 2009. She enjoys spending time with her fiance, dog and two cats. She loves going to the lake, beach, mountains and doing anything outdoors.

Our Hygiene Team

Debi is a native of Eau Claire, WI. She received her dental hygiene degree from Columbus State in 1996 and joined our team in 2002. She has a passion for helping people and her goal is to help patients improve their dental health through gentle hygiene and education. She and her husband, Greg, enjoy watching their daughter Kaela play travel soccer. She also enjoys time with family and friends and taking her two Yorkies, Cassie and Lola for long walks.

Melissa was born and raised in Suwanee and graduated from North Gwinnett in 1998. She started in dentistry as a dental assistant in 1999 and joined the Suwanee Family Dentistry team in 2002. She obtained her degree in dental hygiene in 2003. She is married and has two precious sons who are her world. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, music, sports and the outdoors.

Beth obtained her dental hygiene degree at Athens Technical College in 2003 and joined our team in 2005. She is a very caring person who strives to make each patient feel comfortable while achieving and maintaining optimal oral health. She is committed to quality care and enjoys working with the latest technology and expanding her knowledge. She and her husband share their lives with two children and four dogs. She is active in her church and enjoys cooking, photography, traveling and Georgia football.

Jamie has been a registered dental hygienist for over 20 years and still enjoys giving gentle, quality care to her patients. A native of Kentucky, she moved to the area with her husband, Jay, and two children. When not in the office, Jamie enjoys traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and Georgia Tech football!

Cynthia joined our team in 2011 to help us expand our hours to include Fridays. She is originally from Alabama, and has lived in Georgia for the past 10
years. She graduated with her dental hygiene degree from Georgia Perimeter College in 2010.  She's dedicated to helping people improve their dental health. She served in the Air Force for 4 years where she met her husband who is also prior military. She enjoys spending time with her family, movies, reading, performing arts, and playing with her two dogs and two cats.

Our Dental Assistants

Tiffany has been a dental assistant since 1989, and joined our team as Dr. Heil's assistant in 2004. She loves building new relationships with her patients and making their dental experiences as comfortable as possible. Outside the office she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and pets.

Erika has been assisting here at Suwanee Family Dentistry since 2007 and works mostly with Dr. Starnes. She has a passion for dentistry and enjoys getting to know new people every day and helping them enjoy their dental experience. In her spare time she loves to read, try new recipes, and spend time with her family and friends.

Megan joined our team in July 2011 as Dr. Pickwick's assistant. She is a graduate of Gwinnett Dental Career Academy. She is a newlywed and enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
